Termination

Termination of your 05Hogs Productions Account includes any or all of the following: (a) removal of access to all or part of the offerings belonging to Kerry Hairston and/or 05Hogs Productions, such as Information Architecture Standards or other Products, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files, and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of all or part of the 05Hogs Productions website, Information Architecture Standards, or other Product

By purchasing any 05Hogs Productions Standard or other Product, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, shall govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Kerry Hairston and/or 05Hogs Productions.
